Thanks so much for having him on the show. I worked in the West Bank for 3 months trying to get perspective on the conflict. I worked as a journalist and traveled top to bottom. I went to settlements hot got detained. I toured through Hebron and had stones thrown at me by Jewish settler kids. I interviewed soldiers. I investigated a bombing by Israeli settlers into a village near Nablus. I was shot at, tear gassed, chased by IDF. I was in a village under siege for 1 week hiding with families as the only westerner documenting the hostilities. He is so right on, on so many points. It’s so hard to hear an intelligent interview with actual experience in the West Bank. People are scared to go there. It’s highly accessible. I’ll tell you this, if you think one side is right or wrong then you are wrong. Both sides have blame but at the end of the day Israel will and is trying to run all Palestinians right out of the country and have had a systematic approach of manufacturing instability in the region.
