Bill Rapier's house is built out of giant styrofoam Legos.
Not a joke, it's called ICF, insulated concrete forms. The retired Navy SEAL and founder of AMTAC Shooting breaks it down simply: build the frame out of foam blocks, brace them, pack in rebar, then pour concrete straight into it. End result is a wall with two and a half to three inches of foam on either side of solid concrete.
