What separates special operations from everywhere else?
Conan Higgins, retired JTAC with U.S. Air Force Special Operations, says it came down to one mindset from ground commanders: "Don't tell me I can't do it. Tell me how you're going to get it done." That shaped everything about how he approached the job, physically demanding, constantly testing himself against the guy next to him, proving it every time.
His need was never public praise. Just his boss knowing, at the end of the day, that he'd done a good job.
