That's what a Recon Marine said to Mike Sarraille when he was a mediocre Marine at the University of Colorado Boulder, getting outworked by his peers. Instead of walking away, that Marine took him under his wing.
He wasn't the biggest or loudest guy in the room, just humble confidence and standards nobody could touch. Mike wanted to be that guy. That one relationship is the reason he went after Recon in the first place, and eventually became a Navy SEAL.
